Vanessa is a highly respected leader in the insurance and reinsurance industry, with over four decades of experience working with global clients and leading complex organisations.
She has held multiple senior leadership roles including Managing Director, CEO and Chairman and is widely recognised for her ability to build high-performing teams, develop future leaders, and support organisations through periods of growth and change.
Her experience spans many regions including Latin America, South Africa, Europe, Australia, Asia Pacific and USA. She has led teams covering a wide range of disciplines including Property, Energy, Mining, Power & Renewables, Terrorism, Casualty, Construction and Cyber.
She has developed and mentored teams and individuals throughout her career who have all progressed to achieve great success in the insurance/reinsurance industry.
